I’ve been a big tea drinker for such a long time. My mom first introduced tea to me when I was around 9-years-old. I remember going into our garden to pick out sprigs of mint for homemade tea but sometimes we would buy classic Lipton black tea. It wasn’t until I went to college that I started experimenting with different flavors and brands and found that I probably love herbal and fruit teas equally (there’s an appropriate time and place for either of them) and that tea can do so many wonders due to the properties of its contents.

Your Tea sent me over a box of their 14-day teatox called Tiny Tea. It asks that you drink the tea 30 minutes before or after each meal, three times a day. On their website, they also list a suggested diet, encouraging you to stay away from cold things (even cold water) as to promote the affects of this tea.

My experience with this tea so far has had mostly ups. I was about 4 days in, having kept up with the 3 cups a day until I woke up experiencing nausea. I immediately knew it was the tea, so I cut back to 1-2 cups per day and I’m still seeing the affects working their magic. My bloating is gone, my skin is clear (not without a big breakout first, though), and my food digests very quickly and completely so there’s no heavy feeling. I’ve seen that some people object to the flavor of the tea, but as a regular tea drinker I do love it and find that a little bit of sugar or honey changes its flavor significantly. Obviously, my teatox is no longer only 14 days long, but I’m excited to get to drink the tea for a bit longer. I did find that waking up was easier when I was on 3 cups a day, as I also had more energy.

My biggest qualm is that the tea bags sometimes get stuck in the glue of the wrapper so be prepared to have something to steep loose tea in just in case your tea bag breaks. Its very fine tea so some of it will still makes its way into your cup. Just be sure to open the packages very carefully!

Overall, I’m satisfied with this tea. I’m not big into working out at the moment, as my body gets conditioned quickly and it lasts for a while, but if you check out their Instagram, some people have made crazy changes to their bodies with this tea (often in conjunction with a workout regimen).

Your Tea provided me with Tiny Tea for review and my opinions are all my own.
